Title24.IO does not independently verify construction drawings for accuracy or completeness beyond what is necessary for energy compliance calculations.
While we maintain a 98% first-pass approval rate and stand behind the accuracy of our work, Title24.IO cannot guarantee that any specific building permit will be issued or approved by any governmental authority. Plan check decisions are made by building officials and may be affected by factors beyond energy compliance. We commit to supporting clients through plan check corrections arising from our documentation.
